Royal Medika is a highly professional and very clean clinic. The staff provided excellent care and have a strong partnership with the nearest hospital, which is reassuring if you need an X-ray or additional treatment. I was assisted by Dr. Tena and nurse Andra, both of whom were exceptionally kind and professional. I would definitely recommend this clinic for medical care in Kuta!

Dr. Bayu took such amazing care of me through 4x home visits.

Would definitely recommend! He had amazing english, made me feel calm and thoroughly explained everything he was doing.

I was diagnosed with salmonella through a blood test very quickly and treatment began immediately.

I came to the medical center with a torn open wound on my chin. I was taken care of with great attention. The staff and were very kind and caring, and the doctor Andra did an excellent job, stitching my chin with the hands of a true professional. My expectations were more than satisfied. Such a good place to go if you get injured.

Dr. Gasim, nurse Andra and the team are so kind and caring. I had an accident this morning which resulted in multiple open wounds. I was seen as soon as I entered, they kept asking about my pain levels throughout the cleaning process, stopped and gave me space as I need to be sick, and then continued once I felt better. The wounds are all bandaged up and they’ve given me very detailed instructions for after care. Honestly the best service I’ve ever experienced, much quicker and more cari by than the UK!

I visited Royal Medika Kuta because I was experiencing severe abdominal pain. Mrs. Dr. Reni examined me immediately and arranged a blood test right away. After just two hours, the results were ready and I received the medication I needed.

The clinic is exceptionally clean, and all staff members were incredibly helpful as well as highly competent. I felt very well taken care of throughout my entire visit.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic — 100%.

I had an exceptional experience with Royal Medika Kuta at Lombok, when my daughter contracted traveler’s diarrhea during our vacation. The team at Royal Medika Kuta was outstanding, providing prompt, compassionate, and professional care. After an initial consultation, they arranged for IV hydration to quickly rehydrate my daughter, which significantly improved her condition. What truly impressed me was their follow-up care—they made multiple visits to our hotel to check on her progress, sparing us the need to travel to the clinic. The doctors were thorough, clearly explaining the treatment plan and ensuring we felt supported throughout. Their professionalism, combined with the convenience of in-hotel visits, turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. My daughter recovered quickly, allowing us to enjoy the rest of our trip. I highly recommend Royal Medika Kuta for their exceptional care and dedication!

Such a great experience! The doctor Rin was caring and professional, super friendly and really listens, all the nurses were super kind, and all the staff made me feel so comfortable. The clinic is clean, modern, and fully equipped—everything you need is right there. I felt really well taken care of. Definitely the best place for quality care!

Dr. Salsa was very kind and she explained everything very well after I got scratched my a cat and needed a rabies shot. The price was okay and if you have travel insurance they prepare all the documents for you to get your money back.

I’am so thankful dr. Bayu and his asistent, they really save my health. I felt sick at night, i keep vomiting.. it was terrible until they came to our villa.They did various tests on me, took blood, gave me infusion and found out that I had salmonella. They were very friendly, calm And stayed with me all day until a felt better. I don't even know how to thank Dr. Bayu. He was excellent, he really save me And our holidays. I really appreciate that they took care of me like this. I have been feeling very good ever since.

We can't thank Dr Salsa and nurse Opik enough for the excellent treatment and care that my wife received during her illness while on Gili air. The level of professionalism was top notch and she was very thorough. She kept us informed at all stages and was very patient. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found them. If you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of severe sickness, don't wait too long to reach out to this awesome team!

Thank you so so much to Dr Salsa and the team at Royal Medika.
The care and support provided to my mum when she was ill was so very appreciated. The medical care was prompt, thorough, appropriate and full of genuine care. Dr Salsa took the time to FaceTime myself back in Australia to explain my mums condition, and continued to check in on her condition over the following days.

I cannot thank Dr. Salsa and her nurse enough for their incredible care. They came out to our villa late at night when I was unwell, and from the moment they arrived, they were professional, prompt, and attentive. Dr. Salsa listened carefully and within moments identified the issue and the right remedy. The nurse was equally skilled, inserting the cannula with ease and making me feel comfortable throughout the treatment.

What impressed me even more was how seamlessly they handled everything with my travel insurance, providing all the necessary documentation so I had nothing to worry about. By the next morning, I felt so much better and was able to enjoy the rest of my holiday.

Their compassion, efficiency, and professionalism were outstanding, I highly recommend them to anyone needing medical care while abroad.

We just had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr Teana and Wawan. My husband had a gastric infection and he was cared for so well. He needed a blood test, injections, intravenous fluids, tablets. They thoroughly checked him over and did an antibiotic allergy test to be certain he'd be ok with the. DrTeana explained everything and was very considerate. Wawan was very thorough with the cannula and injections. We are very grateful for their care.

My daughter had a swollen ankle and coral cuts following a snorkelling accident in GILI Air. The medic came to our accommodation and spoke with his colleague at Lombok hospital who asked her to come in for X-rays. We were transferred by boat and ambulance to the hospital and back again. The service was fantastic we would Recomended them 100%

Dr. Roni and his team are outstanding—kind, professional, and truly dedicated to providing the best care and follow-up. We were seen immediately and felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. We both agreed that the treatment we received at the medical center surpassed what we're used to back home in New Zealand, with no wait times and no sense of being rushed. I fell unwell in my last days on Gili Air. I asked the hotel to call a doctor for me, and was blessed to get the wonderful team at Royal Medika. From caring for me at my hotel, transferring me to their clinic and eventually getting me air lifted to a international hospital in Bali, they were wonderful every step of the way. The Doctor was so caring and gentle, he really went out of his way to make sure I was safe and healthy. Thank you so much for everything you did for me.
